Role Overview: Service Engineers support PFI Schools, Hospitals, Government Estates and MOD sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and commission BMS components (Trend, Tridium, Distech).
- Planned maintenance and reactive call-outs (additional pay for rota).
- Technical support to clients.
- Identify improvement/remedial works.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Training provided.
