We're looking for a Construction Project Planner to join our ambitious, future-focused team at Strata. If you've gained hands-on construction site experience and are keen to develop your expertise in planning, this is a great opportunity to build your skills in a fast-growing, digitally-driven consultancy that's shaping the future of construction projects across Europe. You'll work alongside experienced planners and project managers to help develop, track, and manage project programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of project programmes, helping ensure activities align with project objectives and key milestones.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and performance, contributing to accurate and up-to-date records within project control systems.
- Help prepare clear and concise progress updates and reports for internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with site, design, and engineering teams to gather information, identify potential risks, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the preparation of method statements and planning documentation that support safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
- Learn to apply and support the use of digital planning tools and techniques to improve project visibility and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Degree-qualified in Engineering or Construction Management.
- 1–2 years' construction site experience.
- Interest or experience in digital construction.
- Process-driven and analytical, with excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
- Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across project locations.
- Must have the right to work full time in the EU.
