What You Need To Succeed
- Experience in glass and façade design is preferred, but structural engineering experience is also considered.
- Strong knowledge of façade materials, including glass, aluminium, and cladding systems.
- Familiarity with façade analysis and structural design software.
- An understanding of industry regulations and standards for façades and structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for design detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, architects, and project teams.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a drive for professional growth.
- Chartered with IStructE or ICE (preferred but not essential).
- MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
