Our client, who are a very well-established design consultancy with offices across the globe with over 30,000 employees worldwide, are looking for an ambitious Senior Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team, based in Buckinghamshire. The role is offering a flexible / hybrid working environment, to ensure that you can have a comfortable work / life balance β which they value highly for their employees.
As a senior member of their Structural Engineering team, you will be leading the delivery of high-quality structural engineering projects across a variety of projects across sectors including residential, education, retail, sports, health + much more!

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED :
- BA or MSc in Civil / Structural Engineering (or equivalent too)
- A minimum of seven yearsβ postgraduate experience working for a design consultancy
- Proven track-record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Experience in residential, commercial and health projects
- Familiarity of running a team of engineers
- Proficient in designing with multiple of materials including concrete, timber and masonry.
- Proficient in structural software including Tekla Tedds, Tekla Structural Designer and Robot.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attend site visits as and when necessary.
- Ambitious to grow through the company to an Associate role in the near future.
