What You’ll Do
- Review and approve Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and drainage strategies.
- Advise clients, consultants, and regulators on complex flood risk issues.
- Play a key role in developing innovative flood risk solutions and tools.
- Manage multiple projects across scales and sectors.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine technical methodologies and approaches.
What We’re Looking For
- Chartered status (CIWEM, CEng/MICE, or equivalent).
- 8+ years’ experience in flood risk assessment, drainage strategy, and SuDS design in England.
- Experience with hydraulic modelling software (Flood Modeller, MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage) is a plus.
- Interest in using digital tools or AI in flood risk is advantageous.
- Strong communicator with a proven record in client and stakeholder management.
- Flexible and able to juggle multiple projects effectively.
