Technical Coordinator – Northampton
Are you a technically skilled civil engineer with a passion for residential development?
This well known developer are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our Northampton team and help deliver high-quality, compliant, and buildable projects.
- What You’ll Do
- Coordinate technical designs across multiple development sites.
- Support planning, highways, drainage, and utility approvals (S38, S104, S278, S106).
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical queries.
- Ensure designs are compliant, practical, and aligned with programme and budget.
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience in civil engineering, infrastructure design, or technical coordination in housebuilding or consultancy.
- Knowledge of drainage, highways, and adoptable infrastructure standards.
- Competence in Auto CAD and drainage software (Microdrainage, Win Des).
- Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
