An established and highly regarded UK residential developer is looking to appoint a Project Civil Engineer to join their technical team based in Milton Keynes. This is a key role supporting the delivery of large-scale residential developments, working closely with internal technical, commercial and construction teams, as well as external consultants and statutory authorities.
The role:
- Manage and coordinate civil engineering design from early feasibility through to construction
- Oversee highways and drainage design for residential schemes
- Manage and progress S38, S278, S104 and S106 agreements
- Liaise with local authorities, water companies and other statutory bodies
- Review consultant designs, reports and drawings for compliance and buildability
- Support project delivery through technical approvals and construction stages
About you:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering residential infrastructure projects
- Strong working knowledge of highways and drainage design and approvals
- Confident dealing with local authorities and utility providers
- Commercially aware and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
Package:
- £50,000 – £60,000 basic salary
