Civil Technician to join its London team, working on a wide range of residential development projects across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Technician with around
5+ years' experience looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and well-respected consultancy.
The Role
You will support the design and delivery of residential infrastructure schemes, producing high-quality technical drawings and models for projects from planning through to construction.
Responsibilities
- Produce highways and drainage drawings for residential developments.
- Prepare engineering layouts and technical details using Auto CAD.
- Undertake vehicle tracking assessments.
- Assist with infrastructure design and project delivery.
- Work closely with Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Support planning applications and technical approval submissions.
- Liaise with clients, architects and local authorities where required.
Requirements
- Around
5 years' experience as a Civil Technician within a UK consultancy.
- Experience working on residential development projects.
- Strong working knowledge of
- Auto CAD
- Experience using
Vehicle Tracking software.
- Experience with
Site 3D would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of UK residential infrastructure design standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
