Civil Technician to join its London team, working on a wide range of residential development projects across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Technician with around

5+ years' experience looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and well-respected consultancy.

The Role

You will support the design and delivery of residential infrastructure schemes, producing high-quality technical drawings and models for projects from planning through to construction.

Responsibilities

  • Produce highways and drainage drawings for residential developments.
  • Prepare engineering layouts and technical details using Auto CAD.
  • Undertake vehicle tracking assessments.
  • Assist with infrastructure design and project delivery.
  • Work closely with Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Support planning applications and technical approval submissions.
  • Liaise with clients, architects and local authorities where required.

Requirements

  • Around

5 years' experience as a Civil Technician within a UK consultancy.

  • Experience working on residential development projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of
  • Auto CAD
  • Experience using

Vehicle Tracking software.

  • Experience with

Site 3D would be advantageous.

  • Good understanding of UK residential infrastructure design standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
