- What You Need To Succeed
- Proven background in structural design of projects within the power, energy and/or renewables sectors.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across civil and structural interfaces.
- Excellent knowledge of Eurocodes, structural analysis, and design software (e. g. Tekla, MIDAS, STAAD, etc.).
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with experience preparing and presenting technical reports.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior engineers and technicians.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery within consultancy environments.
- Chartered (MIStruct E/MICE) or near-chartered status with strong design and project leadership experience.
- MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
