Location: [Location / Hybrid] Salary: 45,000 – 80,000 + Benefits Sector: Data Centres / Civil InfrastructureAre you an Infrastructure Engineer looking to work on some of the UK and Europe’s most technically challenging data centre developments?We are working with a leading engineering consultancy that is looking to strengthen its infrastructure team with an experienced Civil Engineer. You will work on major data centre projects, delivering civil infrastructure design from concept and planning through to detailed design and construction.The RoleYou will be involved in:Civil infrastructure design for major data centre developmentsSurface and foul water drainage designSuDS and drainage strategiesExternal works, levels and earthworksAccess roads, highways and hardstanding designUtility coordination and site-wide infrastructureProducing technical reports, calculations and specificationsWorking alongside structural, MEP and multidisciplinary design teamsLiaising with clients, contractors, local authorities and other stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForIdeally, you will have:A degree/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or similarUK civil infrastructure design experiencePrevious data centre experience would be highly advantageousStrong drainage, external works and/or highways experienceExperience with Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage/Causeway Flow and AutoCADExperience delivering projects through detailed designGood understanding of UK design standards and approval processesWhy Apply?This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team working within one of the fastest-growing areas of the engineering and construction market.You'll gain exposure to major, technically complex data centre projects while working with an experienced multidisciplinary team, with excellent opportunities for career progression.Interested?If you are an Infrastructure Engineer with strong civil design experience and would like to hear more, please get in touch for a confidential conversation.
