About the Role As the Civil Design Lead, you will: Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and regeneration sectors.
Oversee S278 highways schemes, S38 works, and drainage designs.
Engage in business development and build lasting client relationships.
Maintain technical oversight while driving strategic growth and project delivery.

Chartered or working toward chartership (MICE or similar).
