Our client is an award-winning housing developer who are looking to recruit a Technical Co-ordinator for their busy Manchester office. This exciting opportunity for you to join their Technical Team and play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our external consultant team through all stages of project procurement. This includes Land & Planning, Commercial, Production, Sales, and Adoptions. You’ll actively support the Project team and ensure smooth project execution whilst gaining valuable experience on real-world projects.
What’s on offer:
- £40,000 to £55,000 DOE starting salary with pay increases as you reach milestones throughout your training.
