This is a fantastic opportunity for a Development / Technical Co-ordinator (delivery) to join our clients Development team in their Leeds office. This successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. Experience of working solely with Registered Providers (RPs) to deliver schemes is required.

The role:
- Attending site on a regular basis including attendance of project review meetings to represent the technical department.
- Management & delivery of design information in accordance with the agreed design programme & deliverable schedule.
- Mindful of contractual position of the business when working with RPs.
- Ensure our appointed design consultants carry out their duties in line with their appointment.
- Input to pre-construction team and operations team.
- Mentoring junior staff from time to time.
- Production of post planning design programmes.
- Upline reporting.
- Attending / chairing necessary meetings & workshops.
- Ensuring 3rd party designs are compliant to relevant legislation & technical requirements.
- Pursuit of value engineering strategies.
- Assisting the development manager in ensuring the database and knowledge of current and future regulation changes are updated to the team.
- Participate in discussions with the planning & pre-con team prior to the submission of detailed planning applications.
