We are working with a leading consultancy in Berkhamsted looking for an experienced Structural Engineer specialising within data centres.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the structural design process from conception to completion.
Ideally, you will be a chartered (or working towards) Engineer who can demonstrably perform as Principal Structural Engineer.

- What You Need To Succeed
- Ability to lead and manage structural engineering projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Competent conducting structural analysis and design, with particular expertise in data centres.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds, Robot and/or Master Series.
- Able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Confident communicator, able to explain engineering concepts clearly and simply to a range of stakeholders.
- Chartered with IStruct E or ICE (or working towards).
- MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
