We’re seeking a driven and experienced Technical Director to lead and grow a high‑performing development infrastructure team. This is a strategic, senior leadership role focused on delivering major civil engineering projects, driving business development, and shaping the future of the team across the South and Southeast.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across highways, drainage, earthworks, and utilities design
- Lead client engagement, project direction, and commercial strategy
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering innovation and excellence
- Collaborate with regional leadership to support growth plans
What We’re Looking For
- Degree‑qualified Civil Engineer with Chartered status
- Extensive experience in civil design for development‑led projects
- Strong track record in business development and key client management
- Proven leadership capabilities with a collaborative, forward‑thinking mindset
