We’re working with a well-known multi-disciplinary design consultancy who are looking to bring in an experienced Contract Civil Engineer to support a strong pipeline of highway and infrastructure projects. This is a flexible opportunity offering part-time through to full-time hours, ideal for someone who wants autonomy alongside technically challenging work.
You’ll be involved in the design and delivery of a range of highway schemes, including:
- S38 & S278 highway design and approvals
- Detailed highway and infrastructure design
- Working on projects aligned with National Highways standards
- Delivering designs in accordance with DMRB
- Supporting major infrastructure and highway schemes
- Liaising with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Strong background in highway design
- Experience delivering S38 & S278 schemes
- Experience on major highway/infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of National Highways standards
- Good understanding of DMRB
Software:
- Site 3D
- AutoCAD
- AutoTrack
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
