This consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil 3D Technician to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of civil engineering projects, utilizing advanced Civil 3D software to create detailed drawings, models, and plans.

What you need to succeed:
- Minimum two years’ experience as a Civil Technician within infrastructure and/or highway design.
- Proficient with MicroDrainage and/or Civil 3D.
- Producing infrastructure design calculations, drawings & specifications.
- Strong working knowledge of Section 38 and 278, for highways.
- Strong working knowledge of Section 104 and 106 for drainage.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, Design Standards, Codes of Practice and Health & Safety regulations.
- HND or HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
The role:
- Develop and prepare detailed drawings and specifications using Civil 3D software.
- Assist in the design of civil engineering projects, including roads, highways, land development, drainage, and utilities.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of design documents.
- Perform site analysis and gather data to support project development.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and other team members.
- Maintain project documentation and records accurately and systematically.
