- What You Need To Succeed
- 5-8 years of structural design experience in the UK.
- Proficiency in design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, TEDDS, and Auto CAD/Revit.
- Experience designing in concrete, steel, timber, and masonry.
- Ability to manage project elements independently and liaise directly with clients and architects.
- Strong technical communication and report-writing skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to a growing practice.
- Working towards Chartership with either IStruct E or ICE.
- MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
