We are working with a leading civil and structural engineering consultancy in South Wales, to appoint an Associate Director to lead their Structural Engineering team in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, ambitious company and make a lasting impact.
As the Associate Director, you will take the reins of a talented Structural Engineering team, driving project excellence and innovation. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Cardiff office and leading the Structural Engineering team. With offices in South Wales and the West of England, this is an established practice with a strong pipeline in sectors including housing, care homes, renewables, industrial, commercial and temporary works.
This role offers a unique blend of technical leadership, business development, and team mentorship within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Ideally this will be suited to an experienced Structural Engineer who thrives on building and motivating high-performing teams. You will hold responsibility for delivery of work, be the technical lead for Structures, oversee workflow, support staff and lead with clients.
