Our client is looking to take on a Technical Co-ordinator for their Leicester office. This is a great opportunity to play a crucial role in coordinating the external consultant’s tam through all stages.
This is an exciting role with great financial rewards, which includes a car allowance and full benefits package.
You\’ll actively support the Project team and ensure smooth project execution whilst gaining valuable experience on real-world projects.
What’s on offer:
- £40,000 to £55,000 DOE starting salary with pay increases as you reach milestones throughout your training.

You Will Gain Experience In:
Land, Planning & Community Engagement
- Manage community consultations and planning applications.
- Negotiate planning agreements and clear planning conditions.
- Oversee design and approval processes for new developments.
Pre-Development Management
- Prepare for and attend key project meetings.
- Coordinate design tenders and maintain design programmes.
- Secure Building Regulations Approvals and manage supplier information.
Development Management
- Coordinate with the Engineering team to meet all approval standards.
- Stay updated on legislation and provide feedback on product designs.
- Assist the production team and manage design documentation.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve issues for timely completion.
