The Opportunity
Join a high-performing regional housebuilding team and play a key role in shaping quality new homes across Leicester and the wider region. We’re looking for a proactive Technical Co-ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep design, quality and compliance running smoothly from planning to handover.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the design and technical process for residential developments
- Coordinate architects, engineers, and consultants
- Review drawings, specs, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage planning, building regulation, NHBC and warranty submissions
- Support site teams with technical queries and problem-solving
- Keep projects on track by delivering information to key deadlines
