We have an opening for a Senior Hydraulic Engineer in our client’s Reading office. This is a chance to join a collaborative team, supporting the delivery of a variety of projects as part of major capital investment programmes.
You will play a key role in advising the clients and partners, working closely with them to ensure delivery of service. You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects including water, wastewater, energy, process and infrastructure portfolios.

What you need to succeed
- To be considered for this opportunity you should have a background in Civil Engineering or other relevant discipline, and you will have the following.
- You will have experience within the water industry with demonstrable knowledge/experience in hydraulic engineering/fluid mechanics, including knowledge of some hydraulic analysis software (for example, Hades, Varism or Flow 3D).
- You will be skilled in defining and setting the direction of engineering projects in respect of hydraulic/fluid mechanics elements, and take a pride in building positive and lasting relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
