What You Need To Succeed
- Circa eight years’ experience, including a strong background with technical concrete and steel buildings.
- Previous experience working on data centres is highly desirable, but not essential.
- A proven track record of site‑based engineering, ensuring compliance with designs and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors and project teams.
- A proactive and problem‑solving mindset, able to manage challenges on‑site efficiently.

- Chartered with IStructE or ICE (preferred but not essential).
