  • Review and approve Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and drainage strategies.
  • Advise clients, consultants, and regulators on complex flood risk issues.
  • Play a key role in developing innovative flood risk solutions and tools.
  • Manage multiple projects across scales and sectors.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine technical methodologies and approaches.

What We're Looking For

  • Chartered status (CIWEM, CEng/MICE, or equivalent).
  • 8+ years' experience in flood risk assessment, drainage strategy, and SuDS design in England.
  • Experience with hydraulic modelling software (Flood Modeller, MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage) is a plus.
  • Interest in using digital tools or AI in flood risk is advantageous.
  • Strong communicator with a proven record in client and stakeholder management.
  • Flexible and able to juggle multiple projects effectively.
