The role

  • Preparation of Flood Risk Assessments to support Planning Applications
  • Preparation of Surface Water Drainage Strategies to support Planning Applications
  • Preparation of Foul Water Drainage Strategies to support Planning Applications
  • Liaising and communicating with the wider engineering team
  • Liaison with clients and third party consultants/council officers attending meetings where required
  • Using MicroDrainage/Flow software to model drainage networks.
  • Input into draft site masterplans to ensure layouts accommodate drainage and Flood Risk requirements.
  • Working on various residential and non-residential projects around the UK, from small private developers to national house builders and master planning schemes.
