The role
- Preparation of Flood Risk Assessments to support Planning Applications
- Preparation of Surface Water Drainage Strategies to support Planning Applications
- Preparation of Foul Water Drainage Strategies to support Planning Applications
- Liaising and communicating with the wider engineering team
- Liaison with clients and third party consultants/council officers attending meetings where required
- Using MicroDrainage/Flow software to model drainage networks.
- Input into draft site masterplans to ensure layouts accommodate drainage and Flood Risk requirements.
- Working on various residential and non-residential projects around the UK, from small private developers to national house builders and master planning schemes.
