A well-established UK engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a Contract Senior Civil Engineer to support the delivery of residential infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on design role with a strong pipeline of work and flexible hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Detailed highways and drainage design for residential developments
- Preparation and submission of Section 38, Section 278 and Section 104 technical approval packages
- Supporting projects from detailed design through to technical approval
- Liaison with local authorities, water companies and external stakeholders
- Providing technical input and oversight where required
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Civil / Infrastructure Engineer within a UK consultancy
- Strong background in residential development design
- Solid working knowledge of S38, S278 and S104 agreements
- Able to work autonomously in a contract role
- Experience using Civil 3D, MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage, AutoCAD (or similar)
