An established engineering design consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (Contract) to support a strong and ongoing pipeline of residential and mixed-use development projects across the UK. This is a hands-on design role, suited to an experienced civil engineer who can take schemes from feasibility through to detailed design and technical approvals.
The Role
- Lead delivery of civil infrastructure and drainage design for residential and mixed-use developments
- Produce and review detailed designs for highways, drainage, levels and earthworks
- Prepare drawings, calculations and supporting information for S38, S104 and S278 approvals
- Coordinate with local authorities, statutory undertakers and internal project teams
- Provide technical input and guidance across multiple live schemes
- Manage workload independently while supporting wider project delivery
About You

- Circa 8 years plus experience, primarily within residential and mixed-use development
