We’re seeking a Project Engineer with development-focused civil engineering experience to join our Design & Technical team. You will support the engineering and infrastructure design for residential sites and oversee consultant outputs to ensure best value, compliance and buildability.
What you’ll do:
- Due diligence reviews, technical reports & constraint plans
- Prepare servicing, access, levels & drainage strategies
- Manage/oversee external consultant designs
- Coordinate S38/S104/S278 agreements
- Liaise with authorities to discharge planning/regs
- Prepare scopes for surveys and design work
What you’ll bring:
- HNC/HND+ in engineering + 5+ years experience
- Civil/structural consultancy or developer background
- Strong understanding of drainage, foundations & access
- Confident working with authorities/utilities
- AutoCAD skills; PDS/MicroDrainage desirable
