Our client is a leading multidisciplinary design consultancy currently seeking an Associate Civil Infrastructure Engineer for their Bath office. They offer an integrated multi-disciplinary service throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning to design and implementation. The role
- Managing the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, balancing demands and priorities, reviewing civil infrastructure design from project proposition through to construction. Planning project resources and finances, and monitoring project financial performance.
- Managing technical staff, planning team workload, mentoring staff, and developing junior team members.
- Preparing and reviewing technical reports, specifications, and schedules.
- Contributing to work winning efforts by applying customer focus to secure the group\’s project pipeline.
What you need to succeed
- A strong technical background in infrastructure design with experience leading a technical specialism in Highways, Utilities, or Sustainable Drainage.
