We have an opportunity for an ambitious Structural Engineer to join a long-established structural engineering consultancy based in Weybridge! Combining technical expertise with a personal, hands-on approach to every project, they are looking to welcome a Structural Engineer with circa two/three years’ post-graduate experience to join their growing team in Weybridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting structural schemes across both residential and commercial sectors – from bespoke low-rise developments to complex high-rise buildings. You’ll be working closely with experienced engineers and associates, gaining exposure to all construction materials and structural systems. The office offers a collaborative and friendly environment where you can truly grow as an engineer and make your mark on high-profile and technically challenging projects.
We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and a passion for structural engineering. You’ll have a couple of years’ experience in a design office and be comfortable taking responsibility for your own projects with support from senior staff. If you’re looking to take the next step in your career, this role will give you the responsibility, mentorship and variety to do just that.

- Experience in residential and/or commercial building design.
- Proficiency in design using concrete, steel, masonry and timber.
- Working knowledge of structural design software (e.g. Tekla Tedds, MasterSeries, Robot, etc.).
- Clear communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage your own workload and deliver to deadlines.
- A team-player mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Working towards chartership with IStructE or ICE (preferred but not essential).
- BEng or MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
