We are searching for a proactive and detail-oriented technician with proficiency in Revit and ideally a solid understanding of RC detailing. Experience in sectors such as residential, commercial, education, and health is ideal. What You Need To Succeed * Proven experience as a Structural Technician in relevant sectors (residential, commercial, education, health). * Proficiency in Revit for structural design and detailing. * Experience using CADS RC for reinforced concrete detailing is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction practices. * Ability to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings within project deadlines. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers and clients. * Commitment to quality, sustainability, and continuous professional development. * Educated to HNC/HND level (or equivalent)
