The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking structural engineering consultancy, is looking to appoint a skilled Structural Revit Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented technician to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, delivering high-quality models and drawings within a collaborative environment.

Role

As a Structural Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the production of 3D models and detailed structural drawings across a range of building projects. You will work closely with engineers and design teams to ensure accurate and coordinated outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed structural models and drawings using Revit
  • Prepare GA drawings, sections, and reinforcement details
  • Coordinate models with engineers, architects, and other disciplines
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and BIM standards
  • Support the delivery of projects to agreed deadlines
  • Assist in maintaining and developing BIM processes and standards

Requirements

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Proven experience as a Structural Technician using Revit in a consultancy environment
  • Strong understanding of structural materials and detailing (steel, concrete, timber, masonry)
  • Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination
  • Experience with AutoCAD (desirable)

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
