We are working with a respected multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Central London, currently seeking a Civil Engineering Team Leader to drive the delivery of infrastructure projects and lead a growing team of engineers and technicians.
About the Role
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and regeneration sectors.
- Oversee S278 highways schemes, S38 works, and drainage designs.
- Engage in business development and build lasting client relationships.
- Maintain technical oversight while driving strategic growth and project delivery.
