Our client, an award-winning business, is seeking to recruit an experienced professional to support the delivery of their high-quality residential projects near Reading. With a number of live sites and an extensive order book stretching well into 2026, this is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful developments in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
- Oversee and manage the technical aspects of residential construction projects from concept to completion.
- Act as the main point of contact between consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review and coordinate design information to ensure compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and technical specifications.
- Manage and resolve technical challenges promptly to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular reviews of technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and practical application on-site.
About You
- Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator or similar role in residential construction.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations, NHBC standards, and construction methods.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
