We have an opportunity for an Essex-based Senior Structural Engineer, to join a business that has been established for over three decades. Based near Southend-on-Sea, we are looking for a Structural Engineer who can bring technical expertise, confidence, and autonomy to support a diverse range of projects.
Joining their close-knit team, you will have the opportunity to work on everything from small bespoke domestic schemes to large residential developments, industrial builds, and commercial projects. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where your expertise is valued, and you will play a key role in shaping projects that make a tangible difference to clients and communities.
We are seeking a Structural Engineer who is confident in working independently and taking responsibility for their projects from concept through to completion. Chartership is highly desirable, but not essential - what matters most is proven experience, strong problem-solving ability, and the drive to deliver creative, practical engineering solutions.

- Chartered with IStructE or ICE (preferred but not essential).
- MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
