This is an excellent opportunity for a Structural Engineer with at least four years post-graduate experience who is ready to take the next step in their career within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
The business has built an outstanding reputation for delivering technically challenging projects across the education, healthcare and residential sectors. You will be joining a close-knit, highly experienced structural team working predominantly on education schemes typically valued around £20m. With several major projects in the pipeline ranging up to £70m and £100m, there is significant exposure to larger, more complex builds.
In addition to education projects, the team is actively involved in healthcare developments and smaller residential schemes, with genuine scope to move into larger residential and commercial tower projects as the portfolio continues to grow. This role offers hands-on design responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully from concept through to completion within a supportive and technically strong office.
The client is seeking a technically capable Structural Engineer with at least four years consultancy experience, confident in delivering design calculations and structural analysis across a range of materials. A strong working knowledge of structural analysis software is essential, with experience using Tekla Structural Designer highly desirable. You should be comfortable managing your own workload, collaborating within a team, and engaging with clients and external stakeholders.
