We’re looking for a Project Engineer with a strong developer-side civil engineering background to join a high-performing technical team delivering residential developments from early feasibility through to delivery.
You’ll be involved in shaping sites from day one — carrying out due diligence, setting infrastructure strategies, managing external consultants, and ensuring designs are technically sound, compliant and commercially robust.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing sites and producing constraints and technical reports
- Setting access, drainage and level strategies
- Managing and challenging consultant designs (roads, sewers, foundations, external works)
- Liaising with authorities and internal teams to move projects forward
What we’re looking for:
- HNC/HND (or higher) in Engineering
- 5+ years’ relevant experience in residential/developer or consultancy environments
- Strong knowledge of development infrastructure and approvals (S38, S104, S278)
- Confident communicator who enjoys working across teams
