Our client, a forward-thinking and rapidly growing team in the Cardiff area, is seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team. With a diverse range of projects spanning residential, commercial, health, leisure, and infrastructure, this role offers you the chance to expand your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing drainage systems, roads, service infrastructure, and earthworks.
• Preparing technical drawings, Flood Risk Assessments, and Drainage Statements.
• Working on SUDS, highways, and drainage agreements.
• Leading site audits, conducting feasibility studies, and managing client relationships.
• Mentoring and providing support to junior engineers.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Civil Engineering degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, AutoTrack, and ground modelling software.
• Strong skills in report writing and effective communication.
• Proven commercial awareness and experience in managing client relationships.
• A team-oriented problem solver with a positive, proactive approach.
