Job Description We are looking for a Research Director to join our team in London. You will get to work on our largest client account, a leading US financial company. We carry out a range of diverse ad hoc projects with this client, mostly all are international. You will have an agency environment background and have significant experience managing large international financial projects. You are a confident quantitative researcher and a creative thinker, always pushing to think of new and interesting ways to solve client problems. The role We are looking for someone who can deliver in three main areas: Client relationship The role will mainly be focused on one client, so this person will need to help us to continue to build the relationship. The client sees us as trusted advisors, so the role will require someone who can effectively understand and speak to clients’ commercial / strategic needs and challenges. We work with a variety of stakeholders from different markets who have different levels of research familiarity, so the role requires empathetic and flexible client management. The role would include leading or supporting all elements of quantitative research projects – from brainstorming ideas for proposals, to debriefing findings to the client.
