St Raphael's Hospice is a forward-thinking, community-valued hospice providing outstanding care and support to people with life-limiting illnesses and their families. We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of People Services to join our friendly and dedicated team for a six-month period.
Working closely with the Executive Team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of People Services. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading recruitment and retention initiatives
- Supporting values-based culture and organisational development
- Managing employee relations matters
- Overseeing payroll
- Ensuring our people practices support the delivery of our organisational objectives
The successful candidate will have significant HR leadership experience, experience of overseeing payroll, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a sound knowledge of employment law. CIPD Level 7 is preferred, although candidates with CIPD Level 5 and relevant senior-level experience will also be considered.
This role is based predominantly on-site in Cheam, with some flexibility in working arrangements considered.
