We are pleased to be leading the search for an Investment Banking client who is seeking a capital markets lawyer for their legal team. The requirements of the role are:
- Legally qualified
- c.5-8 years PQE
- Coming from a highly regarded cap markets team in the City
- The subject matter of the work is broad and our client is open to people coming from a range of different cap markets backgrounds, including DCM, ECM, securitisation or derivatives
- As in-house legal positions go, this role offers unrivalled access to clients and internal stakeholders
- The role is fast-paced and you will work in a tight-knit team
- The pay is highly competitive and in line with top investment banking legal positions
- Bonuses are regularly in the region of 25%
