Vice President, Legal Team

We are pleased to be leading the search for an Investment Banking client who are seeking a capital markets lawyer for their legal team. The requirements of the role are:

• Legally qualified
• c.5-8 years PQE
• Coming from a highly regarded cap markets team in the City
• The subject matter of the work is broad and our client is open to people coming from a range of different cap markets backgrounds, including DCM, ECM, securitisation or derivatives
• As inhouse legal positions go, this role offers unrivalled access to clients and internal stakeholders
• The role is fast paced and you will work in a tight knit team
• The pay is highly competitive and in line with top investment banking legal positions
• Bonuses are regularly in the region of 25%
