About the project

BUBLIK is a finished psychological drama starring Ksenia Rappoport, screening at BFI in January. We're launching a Kickstarter campaign to bring it to its audience, and we're looking for a creative producer to run it.

The role

You'll own the campaign end to end: strategy and timeline, creative direction of the Kickstarter page and visuals, reward tiers, and coordination of a small in-house team of four (social media, outreach, design). You'll work directly with the director – this is a collaborative role, not a black box.

What you'll do

  • Build the campaign timeline and pre-launch plan
  • Direct the Kickstarter page: structure, copy, visual language
  • Design the reward tier architecture
  • Set weekly priorities for the team and keep delivery on track
  • Run the campaign live: updates, pushes, backer communication strategy

Who we're looking for

  • You've run or played a core role in at least one crowdfunding campaign (film strongly preferred) – or you're an ambitious creative producer with sharp visual taste and proven delivery
  • Strong sense of narrative and design – you can brief a designer and recognise good work
  • Organised enough to run a small team without being chased

Terms

2–3 days a week for 6–8 weeks. Fee plus a success fee tied to the campaign result – structure discussed at interview. Start ASAP.

How to apply

Instead of a cover letter: tell us about one campaign or project you're proud of and exactly what you did on it. Applications without this will not be considered.
