SWRP are recruiting on behalf of a well-established legal firm for a Legal Administrator / Junior Paralegal to join their Court of Protection team in Spalding.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator, legal administrator or legal secretary looking to develop a career within a specialist area of law.
Full training will be provided, and previous paralegal experience is not required.
The Role
Supporting a busy Court of Protection team, you will assist with a range of administrative and legal tasks to help progress client matters efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Managing client files and records
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Drafting routine letters and communications
- Conducting research and obtaining information as required
- Assisting with applications, bundles and case administration
- Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day progression of matters
About You
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Legal administration or legal secretarial experience would be advantageous
