Learning And Development Manager in Spalding

SWRP are delighted to be recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager on behalf of a highly regarded professional services organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to shape and drive the learning agenda across a multi-site business. Working closely with senior leaders, managers and HR colleagues, you'll play a key role in developing talent, supporting career progression and creating meaningful learning opportunities across the organisation. The Role As Learning & Development Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation's learning and development strategy, ensuring colleagues at all levels have access to high-quality development opportunities that support both individual growth and wider business objectives. This is a varied and hands-on position that combines strategic planning with practical delivery. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify development needs, design learning solutions, coordinate training programmes and monitor their effectiveness. A particular focus of the role will be supporting early careers programmes, internal progression pathways, leadership development, compliance training and the ongoing development of a positive learning culture. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement the Learning & Development strategy. * Conduct training needs analysis across the business. * Design, deliver and evaluate training programmes and learning initiatives. * Support leadership development and management training. * Create career development pathways and succession planning frameworks. * Lead apprenticeship, trainee and early careers programmes. * Coordinate mentoring and coaching initiatives. * Facilitate workshops, inductions and development sessions. * Oversee compliance and mandatory training requirements. * Maintain learning records, reporting and training budgets. * Develop and maintain digital learning resources and LMS platforms. About You We're looking for an engaging and proactive Learning & Development professional with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will have: * Previous experience in a Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organisational Development role. * Experience designing and delivering learning programmes from analysis through to evaluation. * Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills. * Experience developing leadership, coaching or management programmes. * Proficiency in Microsoft and learning management systems. * CIPD, L&D, Coaching or Facilitation qualification (or equivalent experience). Desirable Experience * Professional services, legal or regulated industry experience. * Apprenticeship, graduate or early careers programme management. * Knowledge of compliance and regulatory training requirements. * Experience using digital learning platforms and LMS systems.
