SWRP are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business technology specialist for an Administrator to join their team in Peterborough.
The Role
You’ll provide essential administrative support across projects, customer activity, and new business. Working closely with project managers, suppliers, and customers in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support projects, quotations, and customer activity with accurate administration.
- Prepare costings, documentation, and reports.
- Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and customers.
- Assist with scheduling of customer work and managing job sheets.
- Ensure visitors are met and greeted in a professional and timely manner.
- Arrange Travel & Accommodation bookings.
About You
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Uses initiative and willing to learn.
- Previous admin experience beneficial but not essential.
