As demand for their services continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an ambitious and experienced Head of Income Generation to lead and develop their fundraising strategy, helping secure the resources needed to support thousands more families across the region. This is an opportunity to join a charity where you can see the direct impact of your work and play a key role in shaping its future growth. The Role Reporting as part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a sustainable income generation strategy, driving growth across multiple fundraising streams and building strong relationships with supporters, funders and partners. Key responsibilities include: * Developing and implementing the charity's income generation strategy * Identifying and securing new fundraising opportunities * Leading and developing the fundraising team * Building partnerships with trusts, foundations, corporate supporters and major donors * Monitoring performance against income targets and budgets * Producing compelling funding applications, proposals and presentations * Working collaboratively across the organisation to support future growth plans Income streams include: * Trusts and foundations * Statutory funding * Corporate partnerships * Community fundraising * Individual giving and major donors * Events and campaigns * Digital fundraising * Gift Aid and legacy giving About You We are keen to speak with experienced fundraising professionals who have a successful track record of generating income and developing fundraising strategies.
