SWRP are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established legal firm for a Junior Legal Administrator to join their Tax team in Nottingham.

The Role

Working within a specialist Tax team, you'll provide administrative support while learning from experienced professionals and developing valuable legal knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Tax team
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, and reports
  • Manage client files and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with clients and third parties via telephone and email
  • Conduct basic research and gather information as required
  • Draft routine correspondence and documentation
  • Support fee earners with the progression of client matters
  • Undertake general office administration duties
