SWRP are recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator a fast growing manufacturing company based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
This 12 month fixed-term maternity cover opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer orders, handling enquiries and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Monitor orders and provide delivery updates
- Resolve customer issues and escalate where necessary
- Maintain accurate records on CRM and ERP systems
- Support continuous improvements to customer service processes
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous customer service, customer support or order processing experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
Desirable: Experience within manufacturing, engineering, distribution or logistics environments.

- £28,000 rising to £29,000 after probation
- Bonus opportunity of up to £300 per month
