What we need from You:

  • Ability to multitask and confidently work across both FOH and BOH, from cooking in the kitchen to preparing drinks, handling service and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts.

Team Member responsibilities are:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Serve high-quality hot and cold drinks, and food, following our brand standards and specifications for all menu items, including hot food categories.
  • Ensure the café is always clean, tidy, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the team.
  • Adapt to various tasks throughout the day, working as part of a hands-on team that supports each other all the time.
  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures to maintain quality and consistency in service and food preparation.
